CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Online Bookings: Cancellations by the Client must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations by the client made after this time will not be refunded.

• No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, no refund will be provided, and your payment will be withheld.

• Programs/Courses:  Once a program has begun, that is :  the start date of the program, or the first appointment session has taken place, the program/course cannot be canceled by the Client.

• Validity periods:  All sessions must be completed by the Client before a program/course/package's expiry date.  If sessions are rescheduled by the client, the responsibility is on the client to make up those sessions to ensure all sessions are taken within the time limit period for that program/package. Sessions may not be canceled or deferred to a later date that falls outside the program /package's expiry date by the Client.

• Any extension period granted by Angela Beney at Soul Work, or formerly Soul Work, to the Client, for any Session, Program, Course, Retreat, or Package will form part of the original Validity period of such Session, Program, Course, Retreat, Package.

• Angela Beney at Soul Work, formerly Soul Work reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session, course, program, or package to a later date, even if the program, course, or package has already started. If a session is part of a package with a set validity period, the session will be added to the remaining validity, and the expiry date will be extended accordingly. The Client agrees that No refunds, whatsoever, will be issued for such cancellations or rescheduling, and no legal claims may be made against Angela Beney at Soul Work, or formerly Soul Work for any such changes or cancelations.

• Incomplete sessions:  No refunds will be given to any Client for any canceled, missed, or 'not booked' sessions, especially if they form part of a program/course./package.
